We are also offer complete services in designing and managing electrical engineering systems as well as procuring, contracted constructing, installing services for distribution systems, underground power systems, and 69-115kV substations. We have the potential to manage and develop energy management systems and automatic systems for buildings, factories, and residences. Moreover, we provide all-round repair & maintenance for electrical systems. We are devoted to what we do to support the Smart Grid Industry and to ensure that users can use electricity to its fullest content, reducing costs and effects towards the environment for sustainable development.

Precise Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has 2 subsidiaries;
Coelme International Company Limited (CI)
CI’s business is manufacturing and distributing disconnecting switches for high voltage systems. The Company also installs electrical devices in high voltage stations, fully supporting the Smart Grid industry.
Precise Electro-Mechanical Works Company Limited (PMW)
PMW’s business is designing, manufacturing, distributing, testing, examining, and providing maintenance for switchboards, switchgears, load break switches, and cabinets for installing network devices. The Company’s products pass strict and specific tests from the leading institutes that our clientele approve. PMW is also the manufacturer and distributor of metal spare parts to support the Smart Grid industry.
Milestone
1986
Precise Electric Manufacturing Company Limited (“PEM”) was formally established to manufacture electrical devices such as surge arresters and capacitors.
1991
The Company started the CT/VT equipment manufacturing business.
1993
- Precise Electro-Mechanical Works Company Limited (“PMW”) was founded to manufacture equipment for monitoring control and protection systems.
- The Company collaborated with Coelme S.P.A. Company Limited from Italy to establish Coelme International Company Limited (“CI”) to produce disconnecting switches for high voltage power distribution systems, at voltages as high as 115 kV.
1996
PEM commenced the transformer manufacturing business.
2012
The Company made an agreement with HIES to receive the rights to produce Amorphous transformers.
2013
Received the Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award for Excellent Social Responsibility as a Thai Business (Mor Ror Tor. 8001-2010)
2015
- The construction of 2 new factories at Pathumthani were completed.
- The Company made an agreement with LEGRAND to receive the rights of the LEGRAND PREMIUM PANEL BUILDER to produce MDB Type Tested XL3 Low Voltage Distribution Panel Boards.
2016
- Developed the three-phase solid insulated high voltage switch (Load Break Switch) version 3 pole 24kV 630 A 16 kA which passed tests according to the IEC 62271-103:2011-06 standard.
- The Company made an agreement with Meidensha to receive the rights to produce large transformers.
2017
- The Company added the fuse switch production line to our business.
- Accredited with ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems.
- Received the reward for Best Establishment in Labour Relations and Welfare.
2018
- Accredited with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Accredited with ISO 14001.
2019
- Started the LED lighting system and energy management system business.
- Received the Thailand Vision Zero Award (Achievement Award Level 1).
